Who can provide me with information about my basic support budget payments before January 2023?

De ondersteuningstoeslag wordt via het Groeipakket betaald vanaf januari 2023. Dat betekent dat je voor alle vragen en informatie over de periode vóór januari 2023 terechtkan bij de zorgkas waarbij je kind is/was aangesloten.

Ook als nadien blijkt dat je kind in de periode vóór januari 2023 recht zou hebben op het basisondersteuningsbudget, moet je contact nemen met de zorgkas waarbij je kind is/was aangesloten. De contactgegevens van de zorgkassen kan je vinden op https://www.vlaamsesocialebescherming.be/contact/de-zorgkassen.

Is je kind nog niet aangesloten bij een zorgkas, dan neem je best contact op met het Agentschap Vlaamse Sociale Bescherming, via het telefoonnummer 02 553 46 90 of het e-mailadres vlaamsesocialebescherming@vlaanderen.be.

The support allowance is paid via the Groeipakket since January 2023. This means that for all questions and information relating to the period before January 2023, you should contact the care fund to which your child is/was affiliated.

Even if subsequently you find out that your child was entitled to the basic support budget in the period before January 2023, you should contact the care fund to which your child is/was affiliated.
