I live in Flanders. When am I entitled to the school allowance?

The school allowance is for school-age children growing up in a family with limited income. As such, to qualify for the school allowance, you have to meet certain conditions. 

The amount depends on the family income, the family situation and the type of education.

The school allowance is automatically examined and paid if you live in Flanders. You do not have to apply.
