Does my Groeipakket payment fund also pay the higher education scholarship?
Your payment fund will only pay the school allowance if you are entitled to it.
You have to apply for the scholarship for a student in higher education at the Flemish Ministry of Education's Scholarship Department via www.studietoelagen.be.
