Your child's attendance during a school year is adequate if he/she:
- attended the first year of pre-school over 150 half school days where your child reaches the age of three during the year in which the relevant school year begins; or
- attended the second year of pre-school over 185 half school days where your child reaches the age of four during the year in which the school year in question begins.
If your child did not adequately attend pre-school in any school year by his/her fourth birthday, your payer will later verify whether your pre-schooler adequately attended pre-school during a school year.
